Bernie & Phyl's is one of the largest furniture retailers in New England.

Furniture is a highly considered process, with over 80% of shoppers researching online up to 23 days before purchasing. But Bernie & Phyl's online sales were lower than industry norms. We implemented a strategic, analytics-driven Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaign to effectively capture intent, defend and win back share of voice from competitor retailers, and drive a high volume of new customers to the website.

Online orders increased 50% YoY and revenue increased 67% YoY. This led to a 6.07 ROAS.
